On the beginning of March, start on site for the second phase of the project, building C, was initiated. Grisom was selected as the Project Manager and technical supervisor of the works. Our selection was supported by our successful cooperative efforts with the client on previous projects in Usti nad Labem and Olomouc.
Project Meteor C directly beside metro station Křižíkova will be an additional new build administrative centre part of the Meteor Centre Office Park complex. The building offers 5 000 m2 of office space along with support services and minor retail space on the ground floor and two underground levels for parking. The space will offer flexible office space with mobile partition walls as need arises by the tenants and some areas will offer terrace space as well.
The 2nd phase of the project is II. continues with foundation excavations of subterranean space, which began in the fall of 2013. The projected schedule of completion is the first quarter of 2015. The investment value of the project is approx. 287 million CZK.
