A grand opening of this bank was primarily directed to the market introduce a completely new style concept for their new bank branches. We were given the task of coordination and management of interior work for this mortgage bank. The most fundamental innovationof a new branch within the CPI City Center Ústí nad Labem is a look that differs significantly from the traditional banking environment. On the contrary, the look strives to resemble the design of a modern and comfortable living space sought by Czech. That was the main focus of the bank and the architect, Mr. Masa of Jiran Architects, when the initial sketches were devised.
„Hypoteční banka in the field of financing mortgages a long term innovator on the Czech market in products and customer service. Now we have focused on the innovation of our space where we meet with our clients,“ said Jan Sadil, the General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Hypoteční banky. „We didn’t always agree with the architect on many of the initial drafts. We knew what kind of space we were looking for to invite our customers and they were diametrically different from the experiences of the architect. When we found a common ground then we began to get some actual progress in the concept that would be a first on the Czech market and we believe we were successful in resembling modern and comfortable living space of Czech homesteads."
